Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Education with a solid background in adult learning. She is Myers-Briggs certified. Paul has over 25 years of experience as an executive, a leadership coach and an organizational development consultant to healthcare organizations, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Paul’s work includes counseling and coaching of executives, physician leaders and managers to better lead their organizations through change and transition, make critical strategic decisions, and develop the human competencies that are critical to success. In collaboration with clients, he designs and facilitates teambuilding, leadership, and strategic planning processes.
Prior to co-founding Odyssey, Paul served as Senior Vice President of an international health and human resource consulting firm providing human resource programs for companies nationwide. He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Hartford and has held leadership positions in community and trade associations. He is certified in various assessment tools including Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks and Hogan Assessments. Paul’s ability to build excellent relationships with diverse groups leads to collaborative solutions with positive, long-term results. |
Jim has over 25 years of experience as a human resource executive and organizational development consultant in corporate, professional services, government and non-profit organizations.
Always interested in how leaders can create environments that bring out the best in others, his client work focuses on executive assessment and coaching, managing organizational change, leadership development, team effectiveness, career transitions, and facilitating interpersonal skill building programs in order to improve workplace performance.
Jim earned a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Connecticut. He is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Assessments, PDI Profilor, CCL Benchmarks and the Ennegram.

Leslie brings many years of business and organizational experience to her clients. She has had successful careers working with "C Suite" executives at CIGNA, Aetna, MassMutual Financial Group and in higher education as a faculty member and university administrator.
She is a proven Organization Development professional experienced in using HR solutions to achieve business goals. Leslie has demonstrated skills in executive assessment and coaching, succession planning, high potential development, team effectiveness and diversity and inclusion.
Leslie holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Bachelors degree in English. She is a graduate of the Columbia University Certificate Program in Strategic Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. She is certified in various assessment tools including Voices, Profiler, CCL Benchmarks, Hogan Assessments, and the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator. She participated in a seven week intensive program sponsored by the Elsie Y. Cross Consulting firm focused on Diversity Culture Change, and is trained in the Kaleel Jamison Consulting Firm’s approach to Diversity and Inclusion.
